Congratulations to Pendleton School District Staff in the Spotlight for May 2016! Every month, an employee at each of our schools is honored for going above and beyond their regular duties or for doing something special. Please join us in honoring these great staff members!

PELC Micki Zander for always being so helpful no matter how big or small the job or task is. She helps with the front office tasks of taking care of all the children’s needs -- late arrivals, bloody noses, fighting, crying and homesick students.
Lincoln Rachelle Doherty for caring about the students and working hard to help make them successful! She has a positive attitude each day and has been a great addition to our school.
McKay Linzie Noble for being positive with all students, even when some are doing things that are not positive. She honors individuals by keeping corrections private and celebrations public. She explains things so they are understandable, but if someone doesn’t understand, she finds another way to say it. She’s just awesome!
Sherwood Kirsten Campbell for exceptional consistency in teaching routines to 1st graders. Her class is exceptional at walking quietly in the halls, using the restrooms, transitioning between subjects, etc. She always speaks to her students in a positive and kind manner.
Washington Stephanie Arbogast for opening new learning opportunities for students and building a positive culture.
West Hills Yvonne Carnes for always being willing to jump in where needed and for all of her extra love, positive treat days, beautiful bulletin boards and so much more. No job is too big for her to do. She does what is asked and always completes the task quickly. She is always doing extra to help kids.
Sunridge Athena Nelson for providing students unmatched learning experiences with technology and more importantly showing genuine concern for all students’ well-being. And for her dedication to helping all students reach their potential.
PHS Stu Clem for his tireless work with Leadership. He does an outstanding job leading and organizing students in activities that boost school spirit and morale. He spends countless hours and energy to make PHS activities, assemblies and dances successful, spirited and student involved. Great job! He is awesome!
