First Student, Inc. values your feedback. First Feedback is a website giving parents, customers, and the community a direct line of communication to their transportation location. Please use the website to leave compliments, suggestions, feedback and to ask questions. This allows First Student, Inc. the ability to continually improve its performance and the quality of work in Pendleton.
NEW! Bus Tracking App – ParentView
Pendleton School District, along with First Student, is excited to announce the launching of ParentView, a bus tracking and parent communication app.
Highlights include:
- Track your student’s bus in real-time for their AM and PM bus routes.
- Set up a geofence at your student’s stop and get alerts when the bus has entered that specific geofence. You are able to customize the geofence size and alert times to let you be in control of your notifications.
- Track multiple students as well as multiple bus routes all on the same map on the app.
When setting up your account, you will need your student’s ID (lunch number) and bus route number.

I recently transferred from Gresham First Student to Pendleton as the safety manager. I have almost 30 years of experience in training, safety, management, fire/ems, and student transportation. I look forward to serving the community where I grew up as a child. Safety is always our first priority here at First Student.
