Community Bulletin Board Information to Submit a Flyer

The Pendleton School District reserves the right to modify these procedures as necessary.
District Flyer Review Process
Flyers accepted September through May
The word “flyer” includes poster, pamphlet, brochure, or catalog.
Criteria
- Flyers are reviewed on a weekly basis.
- Flyers should offer education, services, and/or extra/curricular learning opportunities for students, staff and/or parents.
- Flyers will be accepted until the last day in May each year.
- Flyers posted on the Community Bulletin Board cannot include recognizable images of PSD students 12 or under.
- Documentation of parent approval of inclusion of any recognizable images of students 13 or older must be provided.
- The Pendleton School District does not allow commercial advertising at any of its facilities.
What to Submit:
- A final version of your flyer – no drafts. This will be uploaded through the online process.
- Complete the online form with the following information:
