October 2025 Staff in the Spotlight
Each month, we proudly shine a light on the incredible staff members across PSD who go above and beyond to serve our students, families, and community. October was filled with dedication, innovation, and acts of kindness that remind us why our district is such a special place to work and learn.

Each day, she tackles a variety of duties, each with its own challenges, and approaches every task with a “can-do” attitude. She works to build connections with all students, especially those who present the greatest challenges. She isn’t afraid to ask for support, regularly checks in to ensure she’s handling situations effectively, and consistently demonstrates a mindset of growth and learning. Always willing to help others, she sets a high standard for professionalism. We are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of the McKay team.
