You no longer need to press 9 first before dialing out.

A desktop shortcut has been added to your computer for ‘Phone Support’ that will address a helpdesk ticket email to the phone support team.  If you have trouble accessing your voicemail box, need to reset your pin, or have other trouble regarding your phone, please submit a phone helpdesk ticket.
