The Pendleton School District contracts with First Student, Inc. for transportation services in the District.

STATE & SCHOOL DISTRICT RULES GOVERNING PUPILS RIDING SCHOOL BUSES and SCHOOL ACTIVITY VEHICLES

2025-26 Student Bus Registration

All Pendleton School District students who will be riding a bus need to register by filling out the Pendleton School District Bus Registration Form.

Students will only be permitted to ride a bus route for which they are registered to. Students who need to be bused to an address other than their home address, will also fill out this form to request an alternate route. Alternate routes are subject to District approval.

FirstView 1.0 – A real time GPS vehicle tracking and student transportation monitoring platform

With FirstView 1.0, parents and caregivers can download the secure, easy-to-use vehicle tracking mobile app that will allow you to stay easily connected with your student(s) daily trips.

Highlights Include:

See the real-time vehicle location via GPS and track its progress
Easy access to vehicle details as well as upgrades regarding any changes
Receive distance notification alerts when the vehicle is near
Set up family members and caregivers to receive trip email alerts
Dedicated customer support team for all app-related questions

Let’s Get Started With FirstView 1.0

Step 1: Download the free, easy-to-use mobile app, which is available on both iOS and Android devices. Search for app name: FirstView 1.0

Step 2: Set up your FirstView 1.0 mobile app profile. You will be asked to provide:

The 5-character District Code G3J8T
Your child’s student ID number (lunch number)
Your child’s last name
Confirm the child(s) name to be added

Step 3: Once you have added your student, set-up and receive distance notifications in app, via push notification, or via email. A distance notification is an alert you’ll receive when the vehicle is near your student’s stop location. To set this up within the FirstView 1.0 app, go to Settings > Notifications > Manage Distance Notifications.
