Kristyn Rangel, English Language Arts Teacher at Sunridge Middle School

Kristyn grew up in San Jose, CA, and Roseburg, OR and is new to Pendleton. She earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Concordia University and her master’s from Western Governor’s University. She was a sixth grade teacher for five years in Oakland, Oregon, where she taught multiple subjects. Kristyn likes to paint, read and cook and is learning to golf. “I am excited about teaching in Pendleton because everyone is so friendly and welcoming and feels like family.”
