Lachelle Anderton, 4th Grade Teacher at Sherwood Elementary

Lachelle grew up in a small town in Arizona called Heber, which is in the mountains about two hours from Phoenix. She just moved to Pendleton to get married in June. After earning her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University, she attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff where she received her master’s degree in early childhood education. Lachelle has 10 years of teaching experience working with students ages preschool to high school. She said, “I am excited to learn about the community and be involved.” In her free time, Lachelle loves to hike, camp, learn new recipes, and garden.
