John Bradt, Art Teacher at Sunridge Middle School

John was born and raised in upstate New York near the Pennsylvania border but has lived in Pendleton for more than 20 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from St. John Fisher College.

Not really a “new face” in the Pendleton School District, John has been a paraprofessional and substitute teacher in the district, including as a long-term substitute as an art teacher at the middle school, his new job!

In his spare time, John enjoys watching sports. He said he is looking forward to his new role because “I was fortunate to have many supportive and encouraging teachers in the past. I look forward to trying to fill that role for PSD students.”
