Whitney Porter, Intervention Coordinator at McKay Creek Elementary

Whitney grew up between Pendleton and Helix and moved back to the area 26 years ago. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in communication sciences and disorders from Eastern Washington University and worked for 26 years as a speech-language pathologist for InterMountain ESD. Whitney said she is excited to develop and work in a new position at PSD. “I look forward to teaming with others, having the opportunity to grow as a professional and to serve students well.” In her spare time, she likes to run, read, ski, work on projects and spend time with family.
